The manuscript must be sent along with the video to the email editor@videoaccart.com for a first evaluation.
Please note that this first version of the video sent should not have the first slide where the names of the authors or the location of the procedure are done, this is because the objective is to avoid bias.
To send the manuscript, you must register on the Video ACCART magazine website in the SEND YOUR TECHNIQUE menu, filling out a form and attaching the file in PDF format.
To send the video, the WeTransfer application www.wetransfer.com will be used, which is free and allows the sending of files up to 2 GB.

Item Delivery Guide
The editor-in-chief of RLVA, Paulo J. Llinás M.D., can be contacted via email paulo.llinas@fvl.org.co. For questions about sending articles, you can contact editor@videoaccart.com.
The Revista Latinoamericana de Video ACCART (RLVA) is an official academic publication supported by the Colombian Association of Arthroscopic and Reconstructive Joint Surgery (ACCART) that seeks to provide visibility to original publications from the Latin American continent with an emphasis on empowering the expansion of the Spanish language and Latino medical knowledge in the field of arthroscopic and sports surgery.
The RLVA operates with peer review and with the reviewed articles blinded to avoid possible selection bias. Articles in the process of publication or definitively accepted must declare exclusivity and not be published or submitted to another evaluation process.
The evaluation process of the submitted articles consists of blindly sending the videos to be evaluated by two members of the editorial committee, who will assess these publications with academic criteria for the content of the talk and technical criteria for the form of the video. If the two members of the editorial committee consider that the article is publishable, it will be passed on to the editor-in-chief who will give a final verdict. In case of disagreement between the editorial members, the evaluation of the editor-in-chief will be needed to define if it is publishable or not. Finally, if the two reviewing members consider that the article is not publishable due to not having enough academic content or technical problems, the editor-in-chief will assess it, in order to determine possible corrections for the authors and subsequent submission of the corrections.
The evaluation process takes approximately 30 days. After the deadline, the article will be accepted for publication or will be sent to the author for correction, for which they will have a period of 30 additional days to make these changes and resubmit it.
All published articles must submit to the payment of the established rates that are determined below. However, there is no cost to submit the article for evaluation and the fee will be collected at the time of final publication.
- USD 200 per individual shipment, that is, personnel not members of ACCART or allied associations.
- 100 USD for ACCART members
- 150 USD for members of allied societies (SLARD, SCCOT, etc.)

- Approved

- or not approved.
- In case your video is approved, you must send the video in high definition ready for publication. (This video will be sent with the first slide).

- If your video is not approved, you will receive an email from the editor-in-chief, Dr. Paulo José Llinás Hernández, notifying why your video will not be part of the magazine.
